Refund policy

Billing  Information: Your investment for a single 1-hour session is $150. Payment is taken at the time the appointment is scheduled. Any changes to the appointment time and date must be made with 24 hours notice or the fee for the session is forfeited.

Refund Policy: Clients will receive a full refund of a scheduled appointment if the cancellation has been made within a 24 hour period and SHC has been notified through the correct channels. Cancellations must be made through text 360. 316. 4520, booking service or email: soundhypocenter@gmail.com 

Voice Messages are NOT accessible forms of cancellation notifications.

Refund For Services Rendered Disclaimer: At SHC we aim to offer the highest quality of hypnosis to our clients. With that said, it is important for clients to be aware that we are unable to accurately predict how many sessions a client will need. It is also important to note that RESULTS MAY VARY AND NOT GUARANTEED. Although results can be achieved quickly, it is up to the client and their commitment to change and their motivation. 

Refunds for services rendered will not be issued.

Disruption of Services: In the event of technology disruption or failure, SHC will attempt to contact you via phone in the event of a video conference failure and email in the event of a phone failure or disruption. In the case of a technology failure on the clients end, sessions are billed in full. In the case SHC is experiencing technology disruption or failure, clients will not be billed and an attempt to reschedule will be made.
